BloxCrew respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on BloxCrew infringes your copyright, your written notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL.
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same identifying details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
3. Repeat Infringers
Accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers will be terminated in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
4. How to Submit
Please send all DMCA notices and counter-notices via email to our copyright agent. Submissions through other channels may not be processed.
